T.I., the self- proclaimed “King of the South”, will also become king of the court after being approved by Michael Jordan to perform at his Jordan All-American Classic.

The Atlanta rapper, who released his album “King” this week, will perform between the All-American game and regional basketball of the Jordan classic at Madison Square Garden, April 22.

The Jordan All-American Classic features the nations top high school basketball seniors in the All- American and the top players from the New York City Area in a city vs. suburbs match up.

Past Jordan classic participates include LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony and Amare Stoudemire.
